As an experienced sales professional with over 13 years working in the international hospitality industry, Susana has worked with many of the UK''s largest companies.

Currently working for Park Plaza Hotels Europe (PPHE) as the Senior Account Director Corporate, Susana leads the Corporate sales team of six covering the nine UK hotels, which generated over £200m in revenue in 2018. Managing her team through the new opening of Park Plaza Waterloo and Park Plaza Park Hotel, and the re-positioning of Park Plaza Riverbank, Plaza On The River and Holmes Hotel after extensive refurbishment, Susana effectively sourced new clients for the hotels whilst managing the corporate strategy, contributing to the overall success of the company. Within PPHE''s portfolio, Susana also looks after Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, one of London''s biggest hotels with 1,019 rooms and 36 meeting spaces.

Before PPHE, Susana worked with Millenium and Copthorne Hotels, as a sales manager in Millenium Knightsbridge before moving to the Copthorne Tara Hotel as Assistant Director of Sales, where she acted as the head of department, looking after the sales and MICE teams of eight.
