About Lee Robinson

Lee Robinson has led the Travelodge Operational Excellence program for nearly 3 years. During this time he has worked with the company to pioneer industry-leading solutions against a challenging commercial environment. Prior to this Lee headed up Operational Excellence for Compass Group UK & Ireland. Coming from a operations background Lee believes that the best solutions are forged from the shop floor upwards and embraces this approach in the launch of new initiatives.
