About Joanna Kapatou

After completing her studies in Hospitality & Tourism in Greece, Joanna was a scholarship student at Le Cordon Bleu London. Working alongside some of the most reputable chefs in Paris and London gave Joanna the chance to
enhance all aspects of her culinary knowledge.

Parallel to her studies, she continued working in hotels and private member clubs in London – both back and front of house. Although food is her big passion, Joanna is conscious of the immense waste generated and is
committed to driving awareness of this and reducing it. Joanna is the Business Development Manager at Considerate. She works on the continuous improvement and growth of the company, centred around the development of key-account relationships and partners. Joanna is also focused on improving profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in Considerate’s appropriate markets.
