Andrew Scott


Andrew Scott built his career in hospitality, working in a variety of corporate and boutique hotels, restaurants, pubs, bistros and bars. Having developed a thorough understanding of the industry in the UK and internationally, Andrew went on to found and operate a number of multi-award winning catering companies. With an absolute passion for the industry and a flair for inspiring others to develop their career in this area, Andrew developed Victus Consultancy to share his knowledge, skill and expertise to help other businesses.

At Victus, Andrew has surrounded himself with likeminded and passionate experts to enable him to offer solutions and guidance for all aspects of the hospitality industry.

Andrew is also the Head of Food & Beverage for the Hotel Management Company, an ambassador for the Prestige Hotel Awards, an associate of the Hospitality Industry Trust and a member of the Institute of Hospitality. In 2016 he was awarded “Outstanding Contribution to Hospitality” by HIT Scotland.
